Issue of CDC and SC certificates
A CDC is a complying development certificate which gives consent to strata subdivide
The SC is a strata certificate which then allows the subdivision plan to be registered at the NSW LRS Office.
Saves a bunch of time by NOT dealing with local Council. It costs a little extra but a developer can obtain titles to units far earlier than via the Council method. Titles are usually issued around the time of practical completion and then allows purchaser settlements to occur much earlier.
